Dirty foul smelling bathrooms, dirty pillows and bedsheets with worms everywhere. I didn't check-in, cancel-led booking and to my surprise i have been told that it is non refundable. The message in whatsapp says it is fully refundable upto destination time, while the voucher says it is non refundable. Any way, the hotel was not worth living and i felt cheated.
