sheets were dirty and even after asking the staff to change them, the new bedsheet was again dirty. The bathroom was also unhygienic and overall ambience was not good. Did not even complete our stay and left for another property without any refund.

Everything was excellent

Property was clean , Staff were well spoken and breakfast was good , it would have been better if there was a buffet breakfast rather than Ala Carte

The stay was okay as it was near to railway station. Rest the entire experience was average.

Pros 1. The location of the hotel is in a walking distance to the Muktidham Temple. 2. It is close to the Nashik Road railway station. 3. The staff are very cooperative. I have a small kid and for whom I wanted to cook food. They gladly opened the staff kitchen and offered us to cook food for my kid without any additional charges. Cons 1. I have booked a room for 3 adults and a kid. I was given a double bed only. On request, they have given an additional single bed mattress however no new bed as such.

Perfect location with connectivity. very near to Muktidham Mandir. Clean and Big rooms. good restaurant with nice veg food.

It was a short official trip to nashik and the hotel thee m plaza was a great selection. Rooms are truly huge with all the amenities. Would certainly love to stay at the same hotel in future.

good location,big rooms,ordinary but clean washroom, improvements :kèep toiletries suc as toothpaste handwash etc ,there was no electic kettle, restaurant food is not upto mark

The location of the hotel is excellent and it is in mid of bustling market. The railway station is nearby. The restaurant food is amazing, do try it. The service in the hotel is prompt. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone visiting. Meanwhile, i was visiting with my family and had booked 3 rooms. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay. Hotel is located at prime location near to railway station and has maintained all the hygiene in the room and bathroom, the only thing which bothered is the gate of the bathroom that makes huge noise while closing and opening.

The room was spacious and the service was also good, but the cleanliness of the room was not upto the mark. Most importantly, the bed had bed bugs. That was terrible to sleep in the night.

Rooms were ok in house restaurant udupi tadka excellent food, south indian, north indian tea, coffee too good

It is good property near railway station, room was clean, staff courteous and good family restaurant. There should be tea kettle in room since restaurant starts at 8 am. Overall value for money for overnight stay.

Everything was good but the washroom jet spray was not upto the mark it was repaired and was wrapped with some tape how can anyone use that
