Poor hotel service and not to be registered with makemy trip

soloI booked it for my driver through makemy trip but hotel manager denied fit check in due to unavailability of room. Further after help of makemy trip customer executive himanshu's talk with hotel manager he arrange room but no breakfast served even after it's booked in my itinerary. Poor hotel, not hygiene stay. Not good for the reputation of makemy trip

Good budget hotel

Overall good stay and service. They need to fix or repair the rooms specially the windows and provide sliding windows with mosquito nets.
