Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! I had an absolutely terrible experience at Hotel 4 Seasons pelling. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place lacks even the most basic hospitality standards. There was no staff to assist with check-in or help with baggage — I had to carry all my luggage by myself, which was exhausting and completely unprofessional. The staff including Manager was rude and disrespectful, with zero interest in guest comfort. The room was unclean, with only one towel provided for the washroom, which was never replaced despite repeated requests. The bedsheets were also never changed during my entire stay, which is just unacceptable. To top it off, I suspect some of the positive reviews online might be fake, because they don't reflect the reality of what I experienced. Don’t be misled — the service and cleanliness were far below even basic expectations. This hotel was a huge disappointment and truly spoiled part of my trip. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are much better and more trustworthy hotels in pelling Stay away from this hotel

Rooms are okay, need more working charging points, hangers, better furniture, geyser quality is poor, taps are leaking, overall average stay, okay for short trips
