it was a nice experience. Staffs were cooperative. Immediately provided water bottles and extra pillow as we were five. Janitor service cleaned the room when we were away. Breakfast also was good except the bread could have been toasted. A/c in one room was not working.

staff members are rude, who has interacted in morning don't know how give respect, will never stay again, very old furniture & dirty room, poor quality breakfast

The hotel reception manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. No sense of hospitality at all. A very unpleasant experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst room worst food high price worst experience not at all recommended non cooperative staffs

The room was dirty. Air conditioning was not working properly. Washroom door lock was too tight and half broken. Toilet was not clean. There was odour in Bed sheet and pillows. There was no one in the hotel at night. I had an emergency. But didn't find anyone. Totally awful experience. Even they charge extra 10 rupees for 1 littre water bottle. The maximum retail price was 20 INR. But they took 30 INR.

From Reception to Room Service -- they are quite lazy and take the phone on 4th or 5th time every time you dial from room.. ..House Keeping was quite rude in cleaning the room -- Bed sheet / Curtains are very dirty and all Tables full of dust.. .. Although Reception will tell you Swimming Pool is there but that is always in not usable state -- water was was clear.. .. Television only for show in my room -- from morning to night only one excuse whole hotel all the rooms cable function is disturbed.. ..As a whole worst stay -- Unless you can't find any other alternative please it must be your last choice - Thank you.. .. ...

The person in reception was not fit for hospitality industry. Both are very unprofessional and rude with the us. Dirty toilet, no toiletries, breakfast was included but not served, 1 paratha with pickle and a cup of tea per person for breakfast. Horrible behaviour and services. No body came to clean dishes and table and dinner till next morning 11am inspite of repeatedly asking. I've not seen such a mess in the name of hotel. It is worst than a lodge.

This hotel is on the main Road. Proper road transportation is available. Near by resturants are very good. Hotel ambiance is very good. Justified my money.

property is very old. lights are not working properly. door lock is broken. though frontline manager are good and behave good. but room service staff are terrible. they usually shout if ask them something. overall property is in good location, but staff behaviour and hotel restaurant food is very costly. I ordered one chiken birayani which cost 290. but there is only one piece of chicken. I stayed for 5 days and I could observe people used take food parcel from outside.
