Overall experience was good, hotel is neat and clean, staff were good. The price of food items are on the higher side and morning tea was not up to the mark. But i would recommend it for staying purpose.

I don't stay there, i c hacked in and immediately checked out, as the room was too dirty and untidy. The bed, and the curtains were even too stinky and dirty. Completely unhygienic. I immediately checked out and left the property. Staff behavior was also not good. Not at all recommended. This was not expected. Since the booking was non refundable so it was a total loss of money.

Very worst service that we have received during our last stay at hotel bliss. The rooms are not so far clean as well as decorated, ac is not working properly, room service is very poor. Complementary breakfast has only single menu to avail, no tea or mineral water is available in break fast table. Receptionist person is very arrogant with the visitors. Totally uncomfortable to stay. Independent kitchen is not so good w. R. T. Food rate which is too expensive.

Service should be improved. Very slow. I was ordered breakfast to delivered it within 7: 30. But till 8 :15 a m it was not delivered on 15 nar 2021. So i was less left without taking breakfast. Though i have paid for it.

Room is ok but these people played game with me as they changed the room at last moment and gave me a room where intercom was not working. With so much difficulty in placing the order you have to face poor service too some time 1. 5 hour just for tea(with 3 reminders. You have to search the room service boy by urself ridiculous hospitality.
