Fantastic experience, secure, friendly staff and great room service. Internet connectivity is also up to the mark.

Property location was good but Service quality is average. No intercom in room , room are also too small

Room was not clean, fan was very slow even AC doesn't work properly. Staff were not that flexible with the guest.

Staff behaviour , food was good but rooms were small in size and little miscommunication with mmt booking

very good.. hotel was good... enjoyed the stay... thanks to the make my trip app for offering good discount..

Everything is good and stayed for second time here and will come back in future as well

Worst Hotel of the Earth 😔 The behavior of the staff are so horrible. This is the horrible place I have ever visit. Don't go there.

It was very nice to stay in such a good hotel. The staff is very well behaved and do their job very sincerely. And the best thing is that their food service is very good and within just 20 minutes of ordering you get the food which is very tasty and fresh and affordable too. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. I would recommend this to everyone.

Room location was good. Service staff were attentive. But passage to access the room was terribly narrow n blanket cover was not well cleaned.

I would like to inform you that I have not been able to check into Hotel Mohan Palace on 26th Dec'24, but instead they provided my family into a cheap hotel which was very low in price. My stay was uncomfortable and the payment made by me does not compensate with my stay.

They gave me a room which is less than 100 sqft against mentioned 144 sqft. They have given me wet towels to use

1. I read in a few reviews that this hotel offers a mini size room ..I was not sure a hotel getting good rating has such complain on size. but we were alloted a ground floor room where a family could feel like sitting in a all side blocked AC room with hardly any leg space . further all ground floor rooms stand next to boundary wall of 6 feet height and another building stand adjacent and raises serious security concern . I was worried for security and size and requested for a room in upper floors with minimum standard room space . but the muslim guy at reception his name perhaps Safikool first inform that after the checkout they will change the room . but ultimately with one pretext or another made us stay the night in the worst security violated rooms. Then the passage adjacent to room 101 102 103 104 is the place where till midnight the staff of the hotels will shout and quarrel among themselves and since the rooms are not made sound proof , you will find it hard to sleep till the boys decides to call it a day. inform the reception to change . 2. In the morning , the man managing the reception was found happily moving down the floor at 7 am while playing in full volume a hindi song. 3. when I called the Reception that we will be checking out shortly ...we got a call back asking us to wait for half an hour as the reception manager is not in the hotel . we told them that we cant wait as we have to catch a scheduled transport or else we will miss it.

The room was good but toiletries were there in the room. Location is good

I gave states with family in room 103 & 104 - Horrible experience started with dinner which I have pre booked at 5pm to be delivered post arrival around 10:30pm... we had to wait for 1 hr post check-in to get dinner post multiple chasers .. Dirty washrooms with non functional jet sprays😔 front desk personnel suggested me to use bucket and mug instead of jet spray😡 rooms are so small that no space beside beds... I wanted to extend room 104 as my train on 19th was in the evening, inspite of telling them to clean the room and change linen and towels they didn’t. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel

Room is short. Food is good. For business per-pose its good. Family not prefer. Marke are is far from the hotel

Very good hotel. Good staff behaviour. Arranged extra hours for luggage storage after check out. Good communication.

Excellent service. Well behaved staff and excellent food quality. Also the cost is genuine as per the facilities provided.
