Shubham lodge is very bad hotel. Staff behaviour very bad. We not choose complimentary breakfast. When i reached the hotel, the staff at the reception first checking and refused to give water, then started talking to batmiji, we had complimentary breakfast, which he refused to give.

Hotel charge from me around 2200 per night but the owner of hotel provided me 900 rs room. 1st he denied to serve me breakfast which already included with my hotel booking. The owner is not cooperative. Mmt should cancel the collaboration with shubham lodge and other better hotel in jangipur, west bengal. Hotel like sun city

Cons- room was small- there was no wardrobe, washroom was small, no toiletries except for a tiny bar of soap pros- good behaviour by staff, home style food was good
