Very very bad condition. I have booked a delux ac double bed room. room very dirty. bed cover and pillow covers are tears , very dirty. towel and toilet kits not available. mosquito. there is no room service. Unprofessional of hotel staff. Do'nt book this type of hotel. Worthless.

The hotel is overall good but difficult to find out the exact location of this hotel. Food quality is good and the staffs are very polite in nature. Rooms are clean but not well maintained.

hotel owner provide 2 room but I was booked 3 rooms and advance paid also. I need refund for 1 room which I paid advance.

Good. But normal. Loketion thik nahi tha. Thora gali par ja raha tha rasta bahut hi patla tha. Dudhne me time lag raha tha

Don't just think to come here. The hotel is far away from road. Hotel is very unhygienic, no staff in this hotel provides minimum quantity service. They provide very dirty and unwashed bedsheet which has dirty small. Room has no sign of minimum cleaning even if we had paid almost 1300 rs for a day. We have faced terrible water crisis here. This hotel is not worthy at any way. There are thousands of better hotels available at better location with better amenities and better stuff. Don't ever think of this hotel if you want a better holiday with your family.

No safety issue, location is not prime but manageable. Room service should be better, actually there is no room service available

Hotel staff is very unprofessional. They didn't receive call in emergency. Location of the hotel is very bad. The way to hotel is dark, roads are narrow and water logged is here and there. Terrible bad smell felt on the way of the hotel.

No parking facility and rude behaviour. Very bad experience. Also the location in very far from road.

Distance is far long by walk from temple as mentioned. Not hygienic and cleanliness is very poor. After all i gave only 2 points.

Staff behavior rude, if you call him many times they can bit you, room service very poor, dirty bedsheets, no towel, no shop, shower not working, my apologies not to book this hotel, and it's not value for money.

No one picking up the phone call when we reach the destination at afternoon and the person who is the care taker of the lodge insisting me to keep minutes identity card (voter card, aadhar card, passport or driving licence in original to keep in their office as a document . I told it us not possible to keep submit my original document, you can check my document physically or take one photocopy from original for your records. However after some argument they agreed with me. Apart from the lodge is ok, but it is inside from the main road.

Room was clean although water wasn't coming properly from tap, and even after complaining no resolution given. Location is wrong in gmap. No proper service provided when we asked for extra plates/blankets/pillow.
