Review Of Hotel Saan Berhampur

Booked the hotel. But they didn't get me in. They didn't pick up the phone. I already notified them my arrival from train is at 12 am. After this I will check in. And they assured me. But after I reached the station and called their 3 phone numbers, no one received. I reached to the hotel but couldn't find anyone from the hotel. After that I had to check in a nearby hotel.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, and the parking facility is quite poor, which made things inconvenient. However, the staff were very courteous and behaved exceptionally well, which was a positive aspect of the stay.

Amenities - average rooms - poor, employees - very good, good to see women empowerment food - pathetic location - good

All the staff of the hotel saan berhampur was friendly and the restaurant of this hotel was in good condition thanku for the good behaviour. No thanks

I was not given the same room as i had booked, no attached bathroom, no phone, but the money was not taken from me. There is already a message that there will be any cancellation. No cash refund. Where will i go?

Their bathroom is small for a kid, forget about an adult. I have recorded a video of their bathroom, and will upload it.

3. Hotel sasan the quality of the hotel room and toilet are not upto the mark as per the price of room and breakfast quantity not good

My room is very cozy according to hotel price. Wash room also.

Room was good but staffs need to be more welcoming

Staff was courteous and helpful the location is excellent and very nearby to market and bus stand rooms were very comfortable

Service is good and staff behaviour is also good. Only 2 guest room is very small. Rest food, service is good.
