The stay was really amazing, have a great experience in sun palace and the staff was nice and petite

The reception is generally without a attendy, during the day hours the person managing the reception was not at sight. The intercom hence is redundant as nobody is there to receive the calls at the day so you've to go down yourself and get your water or food yourself. The almirah inside the room was broken already. The lobby area in the second floor where we stayed was in bad condition, it was not mopped or cleaned. Generally it was an average stay. Yes there was hot water in the day but in night it didn't get that hot because of solar geyser. The bed was good, it was comfortable. Bathroom was good the water etc runs fine. Lock was good. Car can be parked in front of hotel as there is an open space at the entrance so no problem there. In rs 2600 something i don't mind, the hotel was what you expect from budget friendly ones.

It was a fantastic stay as the location is road side. The overall experience was great. Will recommend this to others.

This hotel is very close to the railway station. The staff of the hotel is very good and the food of the hotel is very good. Also good i recommend this hotel for family
