Need to Register complaint Against Make my trip I have sent you the proof of Booking The hotel owner denied to provide us rooms even after paying full amount in advance. And Even after multiple calls to make my trip customer service representative and still even after 24 hours, we didn't get any response or any call back or msg. Kindly look into matter. And Thanks a lot for your worst server... I regret myself for choosing make my trip. Can you believe how the situation was.....2 families and a kid N We were wondering for rooms till late night... Only because of your worst service, I had to suffer with 2 families. I drove by myself Ahmedabad to udaipur and Udaipur to Ahmedabad at late night...
