Overall room was good however no arrangements for even breakfast the kettle that was there was off big size no coffee or tea packets no sugar Overall 2300 charged for one night was only to sleep

Apart from the view of the room nothing is worth paying for. Staff behaviour is very wierd. I ordered for boneless chicken and it came with bone, which is a hazard. Then upon calling the room service they behaved strangely and wasn't ready to fix the issue or talk. Staff has very less knowledge about the most simple things. Very disappointed with the entire stay.

it's a MMT Valuestay hotel that's why I have done the booking but experience was horrible. Hygiene issue was there. rooms were not clean, washrooms were not clean, cockroach running in the room. And worst part after checkin have spoken with MMT customer care as well and ID was generated. executive promised me that will receive call from MMT in 20-30 min but not hotel MMT is also working in the same way. no call and request was closed.

Very Nice stay, liked to stay again. Staff was good. Stay was comfortable, really liked it.

The hotel is very over priced compared to the room provided and the amenities available. There is only hot water and AC in the room. The corridor stinks. The lady staff is not polite.

Pleasant experience, nice stay. Helpful staff. They gave us early check in as well. Very thankful. And the food is also very nice. Liked the chicken very delicious. Rooms are small but cosy and clean.

The property was amazing and the staff was also very cooperative and polite in nature, they were always available whenever they asked for a service, we went early for the room as our train arrived in early in the morning so we requested them for early check in and for our surprise they did not think for a second and provided us early check in which help us a lot as were with our 6 months baby, We are Highly impressed with their service. Special thanks to Manager Neeraj Arya for his gratitude and humble behavior, Would definitely recommend this hotel 😊😊😊

The room and services are very good. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and support for the rooms. Also whatever we had Asked is given to us. Location wise best as all the site visit places are nearby. Facilities are good but need to improve for the toilet cleaning.

I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip and honestly expected a better experience, especially since it’s listed as a 4-star property. Unfortunately, the overall maintenance was very poor. The carpets had a strong smell, in one room the flush wasn’t working, and in another room one of the lights was not functional. Despite these issues, I was charged ₹1050 for a late checkout, which felt unreasonable given the lack of proper upkeep. On the positive side, the staff were polite and tried to be helpful, but the property itself really needs serious maintenance. Also, there is no parking facility, which is another drawback for a hotel claiming 4-star standards. Overall, I would say the staff is good, but the hotel does not live up to the rating shown online.
