I had the absolute pleasure of staying at tripli hotel shambhu villas, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and genuine. The hotel is located in the heart of udaipur, just a short walk from the city palace and lake pichola, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

service is very poor and room is okey. i will be suggest not stay in hotel. पूल बहुत गन्दा हैं कभी भी साफ नहीं होता हैं.

staff and reception service very bad I order simple water bottle they only says sending but you have to take 2 to 3 hours to wait  and take constant follow up for water bottle. room cleaning service -0 you have to take 10 time follow up for room cleaning overall venue is good but hotel staff and service -0

Overall experience was good, location is also prime, city palace, pichola lake and many more good spots are under 2/3kms of radius

water in the pool was dirty.members of the nearby hotel were also allowed to come into the pool.There were only two options to eat for breakfast! overall very disappointing and pathetic experience...

Does not meet the parameters of 3 star hotel. Poor room service ,unskilled staff, washroom complementary item missing. One room ac not working properly..

The hotel's architecture was quite mesmerizing. The staff was helpful and the food including tea were among the best we had in udaipur. The hotel is near to lake pichola and city palace two of the most imp sites. 10/10 recommended.

Room was not clean and the towel are not available in the room so call receptionist to provide us the towel… these are the basic things that a hotel needs to manage. Disappointed with this hotel

The hotel was located near to lake pichola, the service at the price was pretty decent. However the food prices were quite high.

Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. I also appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the effort they put into maintaining it.

Overall property and location is the best but management is not to Even I told them many time to add centre in my room but they didn't respond and also pool timeing is to short and resturant price is too high I was order tea and they charged 100rs for just one cup of tea
