Improve your customer service
The stay was good but the service was pathetic. They can't even provide tea in the morning. I called multiple times at their kitchen but they were unable to feed us. Always denied for the food.

familyIt was very bad experience to stay in that hotel, there was no facilities available as shown. I will never suggest to anyone to stay in this hotel.

Average rooms, poor room servo
Rooms were average, hot water was not available 24hrs, only in morning time it was available room service for food and beverages were not very good, they took too much time for delivery, for tea they took 45 minutes after repeated reminders

Location city in long distance.
Delux room and executive room is same. But extra cost delux room is a scame. Staf and service is best.

Good stay and view but slow service
It was a good experience but compared to other places i have been to this was just an average. The service was slow, had to call multiple times to get something done from the reception.

Food is great, staff is courteous, location is away from hustle-bustle of the city. Can improve infrastructure and work on upkeep. Overall stay was good.

This place is nice and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and ambience of the place is nice.food is little bit expensive but quality and taste is awesome 👍.All people are helpful here.

Over all good, 3 star hotel
Rooms are clean and service is good. Food was awesome and fast service with food. Door didnt have a proper lock which was book by me. Garden area was not clean but ok. Pool was clean but seats didnt have pillow it was open chair same in tea seating area.
