The staff were good n helpful. Location wise its great. Overall it is a nice stay and also budget friendly.

I booked for ac room. But in room ac is not working. When I talked to receptionist he tell that this is winter you no need of ac. So what is the meaning of booking ac room

Location is near New Delhi railway station. Food are available in the hotel and this location.

The room was really good but for a family to stay there don't expect a bigger bed. The bed will be suitable only for 4 people. When you prefer for 6 member room.

I stayed here for 3 days for the price in non AC room. Room was okay for two of us. Clean bathroom, Water was available all time, free WiFi amenities are available. The receptionist charged me asked me for high amount instead of less which was mentioned by MakeMyTrip for earlier sunrise check-in when then was negotiated. I would prefer travels always stay in ac room. Because it's too warm in room.

We booked two rooms for 2 couples with early check-in options. But at the time of check-in stay, was said that they don't have two double bed rooms and they provide us only one family room for both couples. But the family room was good and the room service and food was good.

Room service and owner behavior is very bad. I suggested not book the hotel. Very bad experience. The hotel is terrible. Not proper maintenance.

Room was clean. AC was cool. But the bathroom fittings are ancient. The tap handle came off. Flush was not working.

There was only one charging plug point in the whole room, the towel was not provided but after asking them for towel they provided the same, the worst part was they took money for a guest who was our friend there and our friend just stayed in our allowed room for only 2 hours as it was the midnight time and there behavior was so rude that they straightly say no when we asked them for the night out for exploring new city. Hope my review will lead to do some improvement of the mentioned hotel. Thank you.
