Poor quality of bed and room

Clean and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the station so convenient for travellers

All facilities good but hotel staff is very bad behaviour for customers he want to bad behaviour for hotel manager

We have booked 2-rooms but they give 1 room only

The contact no of the hotel on mm t is incorrect. The mgmt chooses not to reply on your mail. I was on a business trip and needed a place to freshen up and move on with my business, hence, i was trying to reach to the hotel mgmt to facilitate early check in, unfortunately all my efforts to connect with them went in vain. Reached the property, and went straight to the check-in desk, after some persuasion the staff member allocated me a room (super deluxe room) the room size was 8ft by 5ft with a single bed and dirty linen on it. The bathroom fitting was not working (faucet and shower) the running water from tap seemed it would take an eternity to fill the bucket. Chased the staff for towel and a soap (yes, they were not available in the room. Just spent around 1 and a half hour at the property, but, while leaving promised myself never to avail their services ever.

Ac not working, whole night ac was switched off only for 3-4 hour started on insisted to start in evening.
