Hotel Minakshi International

It was a Average Stay, Property is very old situated very near to Muzaffarpur Station, Food was good, Hospitality was also well. Overall Average.

Wash room too dirty .no proper management on others things.even for water they have charged 100 rs.i want my money back .really bad experience .

Bathroom are too bad and no towel and soap are provided by hotel. Location is pretty good.

House keeping service was very poor and staff was not responding quick and they were also not showing cooperation while asking some help regarding cash arrangements for us.

very bad service no any water bottle available in room. i have booked double king bed but hotel provide 2 single bed.not regular water available in bathroom tap.

I get not stay in hotel because of ask for valid id i submitted but they not accepted so i feel very uncomfortable

Room was not good and stap demanding money for room sarvice.

Hotel minkashi international really lacks cleanliness and ambience. Bed sheets and pillows were very dirty, they had spot and stains everywhere and bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were lot of dirts all around table chair and cupboard

Very unhygienic, low food standards, terrible, worst.

Not suggesting anyone. They ask money to carry your luggage till your room. Ask like kharcha paani k lye dijiye

Ac issue, general use asset not available in room & service is very bad, room not clear clean it's ok ok and so many issue in this hotel

He is preferred room no 101, here very worst service, network connectivity is very bad, room is smell, bathroom clearing is very bad, hotal just like ( beautiful from outside and from inside like hawara pull)

Food was of very bad quality and rate was very high. Staff of restaurant was rude enough to talk. Very slow service. Room was good.

Good location and polite behaviour of staff, but maintenance needs to be addressed.

Ac is not working second days

My check in was 12. 00 noon, but when i reached at 9. 00 pm (night) room was not cleaned, terrible smell of siggarate smoking was comming. It took 2hrs to provide another room. No intercom was working.

The facilities were very good, the hotel was very clean, the food was also very good, the employees were also very nice.

Room was good but not worth price we paid for the room
