Very smell of dead mouse, geaser and tap was out of order, food is also very costly. However location and park is good

I have booked before visit and that booking was paid when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can’t allow to couple stay and he denied my satying after that i paid extra room rent for 3 days

We stopped at this property en route from mumbai to siliguri. In all respects it's an excellent stay. Adequate car parking facilities, great location as it's just off the highway. The rooms are very good. We have stayed here twice. 2020 and a few days back. The hotel has maintained the same standard. The food in the restaurant is of a good standard. I would recommend the hotel to those interested.

It's a wonderful stay at the blue diamond resort and hotel. Staff at the hotel are very good, and room, services, food and breakfast were really good.

Here u have to show the proof that u auro married even after showing some proof they hesitate to provide u room what type of feedback i should provide u. Ac doen’t work properly. Even after entering room they call u several time to disturb u, u should change your policies. We are paying u handsome amount of money in return we expect peace which was not fulfilled

room was over all good… but room light alwas fluctuate up and down and in next day early morning at 9 o clock 3 men came for check out but my checkout time was at 12 o clock.. and at last , many time i ask for geaser on but they didn’t… jst a waste of stay in this hotel…😔

Cleaning n maintenance of pool services required. Otherwise ok. It is good located on 4lane highway for easy travel.

Ambience was good, staff was cooperative and food was also good, easily accessible with highway, cleanliness was very good,

Staff is too slow, rooms were smelly had to change rooms. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 in the morning but there kitchen staff was absent, so if you have a tight itinerary then the place is not suitable. Other than that location is nice outside of city and peaceful, if going on a fun trip it will be an ok stay thy have pool and kids play area as well, most of the issue was staff related as the attitude was too lethargic.
