The stay was okay overall, but the room was not adequately prepared. There were a few issues that impacted the comfort of our stay: Electrical wires were visibly hanging from the AC unit. No hangers were provided in the closet for cloths. The bedside table, which held the room phone, had a loose connection to the wall and was slanting downwards. These maintenance issues should be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Hotel is good only issue is maintenance is not there, staff is supportive but they don't work as our room was not cleaned spits on pillow cover and bed sheet. Hot water was not available. Need to remind them on every thing

The stay was okay. However the room was pretty small with *noisy air conditioner* and exposed electrical bulb socket. They did fix the bulb socket on intimation. However they could have upgraded or given another room for the sake of gesture. But overall stay was decent. *food was great*
