Good hotel to stay
Club rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Approach road is in bad condition. Restaurant serves good food with plenty of options. Staff are well behaved.

Good Stay
The hotel was good overall. The staff was polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. However, more attention should be given to cleanliness. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory and pleasant.

Cleanliness is a measured issue especially at the kitchen and restaurant. Reception Staff is friendly but clever while I am extending my stay with one more day discussed with the hotel They insisted that I book it online as while booking through MMT they have raised the price from backend.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The manager refused to give me the same room three times, even though I had a confirmed booking. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. They are only focused on completing online bookings, not on guest satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Firstly the amount of power cuts was astonishing. Even though my MMT plan had dinner I was still charged on the first night. Service could have been better. one positive the food tasted good

Good Stay
The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are very neat and clean and looks well maintained and modern. Staff is well behaved and cooperative. One thing they can definitely improve is the food quality. I had ordered a greek salad but they put a lot of mayonnaise or some other sauce on it which made the dish taste very bad and didn’t feel anything like what i had ordered. When i asked to replace it, they just wiped off the sauce and gave the same thing again. Overall the ambience of the hotel is very nice and i would surely love to stay there again.

Hotel facility is good but service is poor
businessI had stayed here for one day, infra is awesome, neat and clean rooms, bathroom was tidy and hygiene. Clean, well lit and welcoming lobby. But when it come to kitchen service it was like some local ordinary hotel, i tried calling thrice to kitchen and no one answered, when i called. Fourth time they had put the receiver aside so that call doesn’t get connected. I had to physically come all the way from 4th floor to kitchen at ground level to tell them my order, when i asked why they were not picking up my call, one of the guy told me “aren’t you seeing we are busy?” is this reply a 3 star hotel staff is trained for? pathetic experience in terms of service. Food taste were good, i complained about this to mr ravi at reception who didn’t show much concern and smiled back with a lazy attitude.
