Good place to stay near AIIMS. Food was good. Power backup may be a concern for water availability in case of power cut which is not so frequent in Patna.

The location is very good for the property. Food is the best part. Excellent quality. Facilities are ok but the lift is missing . The room is very clean, and the bathroom is also very clean. The balcony is present and the balcony view is also good. It is beside aiims patna and all the transformation facilities available.

The person at the reception was very helpful. Arranged early check-in for us. The food was very good, pretty rustic and homely. The room itself was spacious with a queen sized bed and a single bed. Only room for improvement would be an elevator because our room was on the third floor, overall a good stay

Property mentions air conditioning but i was provided with a non ac room. upon asking the employee at the check in counter to upgrade my room, they declined and said its not available. They likely sold my reserved room to somebody else who walked in to the hotel

Stay was very comfortable and good, my brother booked this Residency through Makemytrip as it was nearer to AIIMS, Food was very Good, Amenities is good and if i can say all over average because it’s newly constructed and still construction is going so the lift is not their this was the only issue i faced, services was also Good.
