Not proper room hygiene, fooding is worst, room service is not good. In room Tv is not working. Location of hotel is also pathetic

Had an excellent stay at this budget hotel! The room was clean and basic, with all the essential amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with local transport. The location was perfect for exploring, and the price was fantastic. I’d definitely return!

Room and washroom were not clean. Tv was broken. Breakfast which was included in the package was brought from a road side stall.

Poor quality of room (unhygienic in terms of cleanliness ) , food was mentioned while bookinf but nothing offered ,look for better options

The kitchen starts quite late so for get an early morning tea but you can swiggy or zomato food here. The room was basic and okay for a short stay. Over all an okay place to stay for a short stay of if you have a flight to catch. I paid near about 800 for a night at that price point there is not much to complain about.

It was a great stay there but the hotel room bedsheets, towels, pillow cover are not clean and hygiene other than that everything is good, staff are cooperative and the hotel location is near to the raja bazaar and patna international airport. Thank you.

They didn't know i had a breakfast included. I had to go down to ask. They were still confused but arranged a breakfast for me 30 moms later. No tea though the guy said he will be bringing. Service was minimal. I didn't capture any image

Bad service room is not clean staff behaviour is very harmful

Hotel was highly filthy, not cleaned. Unhygienic and power cut happened. I got so irritated and pissed off that i checked out within 6 hours of my stay.

Very dirty room worst service no water no soap no towel nothing is available in the name of service,

bathroom of the hotel is no clean … also there were not clean bed sheet and all … they changed it when i requested for the same

The property is located in a slum like area, not at all neat, access to the hotel is also poorly maintained. Rooms are below average and not maintained well.

Pathetic hotel, not maintained at all. Cleanliness is something that they don't care about. Bed sheets and pillow covers were stained with curry gravy when we were allotted the room. The doormat in front of the bathroom was not cleaned for months, i suppose. There was a big pile of fallen hair under the doormat. Each and every piece of furniture is covered with a layer of dust which made it pathetic for me having dust allergy and asthma. I am always a make my trip user and i was never this much disappointed before. I think this hotel does not meet the quality standards of mmt.
