Well behaved staff. Rooms are clear and food is affordable and tasty. Check in and check out is also smooth

Comfortable with the hotel location and the room. Good location, nice ambience, foods quality was excellent.

The hotel is equipped with good facilities but utilization is poor. The room 110 i have occupied doesn't have any electrical switch board near the bed. Though having a sofa doesn't have any single chair either in the room or in the balcony. Doesn't have night lamp. Fitting of light in the bathroom is not in proper place. The top of a mini freeze have to be used for be used for charging cell phone. When asked they provide elect. Kettle. Complementary breakfast is of poor quality. The hotel staff need proper training and orientation. While checking out i told the manager all about the issues. Hope they will improve in near future.

Very unprofessional behaviour by the staff have to carry my bag me only also no one came to show the room only given 350 rs limit for mmt which is not enough as the prices where high

Tarriff rs -, i got king size bed, room size is too spacious as like i am staying in my house. , ac, frize, electric kettle, sofa, geezer, all dental kit. Etc etc. Ufff brake fast also thank you mm t.

Room was very spacious and the location was in the main centre of town right next to a hospital. Bed was ok but could provide better quality of pillows for the same. The room service was very efficient.

Me and my husband stayed in their hotel and it was a delightful experience for us, rooms were well decorated, clean. Room service was also very helpful. Wifi was fast too. The food was also delicious, for us it is the best hotel of the town.

A few words as they requested me to write. I can give them 99 points from the 100. 1point unable to give as they don't have swimming pools. Rooms are well maintained and decorated. All staff behaviour is too good. Foods are delicious.

Stayed two nights with a bad experience, rooms were found very damp with smell and fungus growth on the surface of doors. One person got insect bite also while sleeping in the night. Need proper maintenance.

I checked in with my daughter on 24th for 3 days in a double room for stay with free 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches/dinners daily. Drinking water(2 bottles of 1 litre each daily) was complementary. But at the time of checking out, i had to pay for 2nd bottles of water and 1 lunch/dinner per day. That too, whichever lunch/dinner was more expensive than the other, was made payable. No buffet food was available. I have been disappointed.

I have paid a little but received from the hotel is excellent. Specially thanks to make my trip. Dats why we get this hotel. Unbelievable. The hotel cost is too reasonable. It is real palace. Room size are like king palace. In my room i have one sofa too. Wall painting are too good. The area of the hotel is too peaceful. Hotel is well maintained. Behaviour of hotel stay is too excellent. I have tried many hotels in guwahati and mangaldoi. But food quality can't compare with other hotels. Excellent food tast. 1st time i came to mangaldoi from kolkata. I was in doubt with my trip. But after getting this hotel. I enjoyed lots. They guide and help me all my travels. All staff are really good. Nice hotel.
