Good stay
coupleThe location was in the heart of the city, and the property was well-maintained. Food service was good. The only concern was that the hot water was not very hot; it was warm only. Parking space was good, and the wifi was reliable.

Great for a break towards leh
Wanted to break the journey to leh. Hotel in good location. Beware of one way system which is not shown on google. Rooms were decent. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was decent with simple menu and good food.

Excellent Stay
The rooms are quite comfortable and clean, staff is cooperative, they are providing speed in service. Specially mr. Sharma from their staff taking good care of everything. The car parking department is so well managed. Over all feeling good.

Room is not in good condition whatever shown in picture while booking is not in place in reality.

But you had booked one room for 4 people, that is why you felt the room size was smaller than as displayed because we had to put two extra beds in one room. Good stay for on-way to leh

Nice place to stay
We arrived here after a tiring drive from srinagar through the treacherous zozila pass. The rooms were a breath of fresh air, very clean and cozy. Only issue we faced was there were no arrangement for room heating. Probably because for the people here it was onset of summer. Nevertheless, the staffs were very caring and friendly and somehow always had an smile on their face. Would love to stay here again.

Center of the city, easy access and neat place.
groupGood staff, and above all really awesome rooms we found in our trip towards leh. We didn't try the food apart from simple breakfast, but everything is amazing.

Terrible Stay
Hotel and staff was terrible. 1st time in my life i felt unsafe. I was with my family, hotel staff was abnormally staring at us and unnecessary they were coming to the room without any call. Even though room was also terrible all the windows glass was broken they put duct tape to fix the glass. That hotel was not for family stay.
