Okay Experience, But Lacking in Basics

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be average. Room service was quite slow — food was delivered later than expected. There was no staff available during the night or early morning, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. The lift stopped working after 11 PM and was still not functional the next morning, causing inconvenience, especially for guests on higher floors. Cleanliness was also just average — not bad, but not great either. Given these factors, the price felt a little too high for what was offered. With some improvements in service and maintenance, the experience could be much better.

Property was amazing experience. Hotel is good and most importantly the team members of the hotels are very polite and helpful. We were there to experience restaurant and must say food was delicious quality is mouth watering. Would like to stay as well, may be in future.

familyIt was pretty cold and their central heaters were not working. They subsequently provided tower but that too were not working properly. Food is average too. There is no one on duty attending phone at fo after 11 pm ( this is the norm as admitted by their manager rash-id )

Hi sir, thanks for the feed back, as far as the central heating is concerned the central heating is operational in winters, and any day when weather and thenparture is very low, normally in summers it is not required. About food we have always got good review if u had not liked any thisn you could have changed it according to your tast. And in reception normally one person is in duty, will recheck about your this concern. Once again thanks for your feedback.

Good. Comfortable. Neat and spacious rooms. staff was not well trained. Good quality food there was difficulty in getting dinner alok katta since hotel had only pure fixed gujarati menu which was just manageable.

Hi sir, thanks for your feeb back, there must have remained some confusion as it is not everyday we have gujarati veg menu and even if there is a specified menu even then we keep most of the items common so that every guest can enjoy the food. As your booking does't include dinner so u could have ordered any thing from the menu. Sorry for the inconvenance.

The hotel is opened for the first season for tourist. Location and food are just great. There were hick-ups like smell in bathroom, problem of lift and problem with EPABX system. But hotel guys have helped so much to overcome all such hick-ups. I would recommend to all to stay at this hotel.
