I had booked the hotel online, and the process was smooth with clear details provided about the amenities and room types. Upon arrival, the check-in was efficient and quick. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and explained all the facilities available. They also assisted with luggage, The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable with fresh linens and extra pillows. The bathroom was clean, The location was convenient, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport. The staff deserves a special mention – they were polite, attentive, and always ready to help.

Room was not cleaned properly and bedsheet looks like already been used and not washer before giving to us, we all were itching in the morning after wake up. Toilet was completely mesh some left over of previous guest were present

The Hotel people cannot be trusted. Though a very small issue in terms of amount involved but enough to create a trust deficit. I had made a payment of at the time of booking two rooms at the hotel. As per the hotel policy, each room is entitled to a complimentary 2L water bottle per day—amounting to 4L for two rooms for 1 day. However, during check-out, due to a rush and miscommunication, my family had collected the four complimentary water bottles. At the time, both the hotel staff and I mistakenly assumed they were extra bottles and included them in the final bill. Later, after speaking to my father, I realized these bottles were indeed part of the complimentary provision and should not have been charged. I contacted the hotel , and after checking with the hotel staff part of morning duty, he acknowledged the misunderstanding. However, when I requested a refund of the excess charge of (for four bottles), I was first told it could be adjusted during our next visit to Khatu. Upon further insisting, he agreed to return the charge of 2 complementary bottles but the refund for those two also has not been made till now.

Very good service. Loved staying in the room. Room and washrooms were enough clean and tidy.. I stayed at this hotel during my 2-day trip and overall, it was a good experience. The bathroom was also clean with proper running hot water and toiletries provided. The location of the hotel is good and easy to find, and there’s parking space available too. Food was decent, not too spicy, and they also had room service available, which was quick. One small issue was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and there was some noise from nearby rooms at night. But apart from that, the stay was comfortable and budget-friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean and simple place to stay.

The location is very far and narrow.. Rooms are not well-maintained and no wardrobes are available in the room. Not worthy at all and blankets are also smelly

Several basic amenities were missing, including a set-top box, proper cleaning, and a cupboard or table to store my luggage. khatu shyam mandir is located 500m from hotel...hotel is clean and at good location.all staff members are good the only issue i had found is the unavailability of water..there is aquaguard at outside the room.. i expect some water bottles should be there for visitors

We booked 3 rooms for 10 members family members and everyone was happy to stay there. Highly recommended!

We have book suite room as per pic and they have give another room as they told as hotel is full they lie us in front of us they have given room to walking guest they have not cleaned room or they have never change bedsheet we had booked room for two days

I just visited HOTEL SHREE SHYAM in 2 DAYS and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.
