Water facility not proper in room. Room boy se bolne par jawab milta hai outside ro laga hua hai us se le le. Its not good reply. Water bottles two toh complimentry deni hi chahiye. Restro ki list mai bhi water bottle listed nahi thi.

Cleanliness and Comfort The rooms were spotlessly clean and maintained a high standard of hygiene. The bed was comfortable, and essential amenities, especially reliable hot water, were readily available. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and well-managed, offering a much-needed sense of tranquility after a long journey. Exceptional Service The staff at Hotel Shree Shyam Khatu deserves special praise. They were courteous, humble, and extremely helpful. They genuinely understand the needs of pilgrims and were always ready to assist with local guidance, arranging transportation, and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bedsheets having stains. AC switched off during early morning hours. Wallpapers torn . Need to improve their quality

Jai Shree Shyam 🙏🏻 Location of the hotel is good and you will get everything at a walking distance (No issue of parking as they have reserved a vacant plot for such purpose). Check in process was smooth. The most horrible experience was occurred when we entered in our allocated room for 4 persons, Cockroaches were crawling in every corner of the room, Bedsheets were untidy & seems being reused without wash. Bathroom has a bucket, a small mug, 2 towels, 2 soaps and filled with the bad odour (If you are not used to of such kind of bathroom, you will vomit for sure). Mosquitoes were biting throughout the whole night as if they were assigned to make the morning Shyam Baba darshan unpleasant. Whatever they had provided bedsheets, pillows, Blankets and even mattress were stinky and untidy. Overall experience. Not worthy to the price they charge. 👎🏻
