Hotel Shyam Raj

Location is good but in no way the hotel can be rates 3 star. Small stuffy room with no window, they do not provide complementary drinking water, no facility for RO water, every time you have to purchase bottled water. Cable TV connection was not working. Everytime you have to beg for toilatories, towels etc. Staff members behave strangly. At the time of check-in, we had to wait for longtime before the locked entry gate at around 2 pm. Facilities/services are not commensurate with comparatively high room rent. Make My Trip should take note of the above obsevation as it has place at the top of the list.

Room was neat & clean. The hotel was very near to the khatu shyam temple. it's costly but worth it.it is a good hotel.

Good and comfortable stay. Neat and Clean Rooms. If they Open Restaurant along with the hotel then it would be additional previlage.

The hotel was very clean, but they made a strange rule: one towel per room, even for two guests. This was frustrating.

I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfortable stay in Baba Shyam ji ki Nagari.

Hotel is good but no food Near mandir

location was good, but service is poor and not acceptable. we reached hotel at 11pm and no one ready to carry the luggage as staff was sleeping. Parking is the concern and every time we have to call them for car parking.

The location of hotel shyamraj is excellent. It is very near to the temple and provides VIP assistance. I want to stay here again and again.

Property is just adjacent to temple. infact you have to go to hotel requesting temple guards through back door of temple. It has no kitchen. lift and bathrooms are good. waiters are good but needs to be more professional. overall good stay if someone going for temple Darshan.

The hotel experience was disappointing. The manager was slightly rude, and the AC and lift didn’t work during a power outage. Even after power returned, the AC took 1–2 hours to work after complaining to MMT. No food or restaurant is availaable. Parking is public, and guests must carry their own luggage. On the positive side, rooms and washrooms were clean, and staff service was average.

The rooms were neat and clean and the staff was also cooperative and the best part of the hotel was VIP darshan which saves lot of time and your darshan will be closer to the idol.

The property owner is extremely rude. The hotel is located within the temple premises, meaning no cars are allowed inside. There are no bellboys or staff to assist with luggage, so guests must carry it themselves. To make matters worse, the owner dismissively stated, “I cannot help you with luggage; I am the owner. If you have a problem, please go elsewhere.” Proceed with caution.

Newly built hotel, clean rooms, clean bathroom. Just next to the temple. If you are looking for a good stay and easy darshan, this is the place. Next to baba parking.

I had an exceptional stay at hotel shyam raj! i booked two rooms. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure every need was met. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Accommodation was good, but we felt some shortage of staff to carry our luggage to room, we were to carry our luggage ourselves to our room in hotel.

Property is located just besides the khatu baba temple and at perfect location, you also get to enter the vip line straight from the hotel only, staff is good and helpfull. This is new property so need to improve on some things like bed sheets were bit unclean but overall cleanliness was good, we gave the feedback to owner and he very well accepted the feedback and assured for improvement

Room, service is very good. The location for access to darshan vip line is the best part. Minor improvements possible like the plastic glass for water is not good, no electric kettle / room coffee.
