Hotel CM Palace

Food wasn't available at the property but other facilities were good. Location isn't great.

When we entered the room, we check in washroom and there were no lock in toilet doors and there is no wardrobe, no landline so they told they have open this hotel recently so they are going to install all of this things

1. Lack of amenities at actual location, what are mentioned at hotel site 2. ⁠Dirty bedside and pillows, dirty bed sheets 3. ⁠waiting period is long for getting keys of room after booking online prior to stay 4. ⁠No basic food/ water bottle arrangements at room, needed to order from outside at midnight

I recently stayed at CM Palace and had a wonderful experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff is polite and helpful, making the stay pleasant and relaxing. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Staff is not at all professional. Courtesy was seriously missing . sitting in vest and necker at reception dining not available room good , clean, big, and bathroom condition very good

The worst place ever . I would never suggest you to go there the receptionist at first was very gentle amd kind but when it comes to check out there behavior was horrible. They told me tht we can allow you little late check our but when we were about to check out they said we have to pay the entire amount as we are late like what the hell in such holy place these people are doing scam never ever going to this property and suggest everyone to not go there .

This is a very bad hotel, there is no light in the room, nor is there any cleanliness in it, there is no facility for staying.

The experience was not good. I reached the hotel in morning at 4 about which i had already informed the staff that I will be reaching late. When i reached the hotel, the staff was arguing that why you came now. After that, they didn't offer water nor gave towels and other stuff like soap, shampoo, slippers. Also, the bedsheet was used plus the washroom was stinking. Would never recommend this hotel for anybody

Feedback The CM’s program held at Khatu was well-organized and smoothly managed. Arrangements for seating, security, and public convenience were satisfactory. The local administration ensured proper crowd management, and the communication system was effective for addressing the gathering. Public participation was high, reflecting strong community interest. Additionally, the stay arrangements for the CM and accompanying officials were excellent, with comfortable accommodation and proper hospitality provided throughout the visit. Overall, the event was highly successful and positively received by the attendees.

Found staff well behaved and cooperative. The cleanliness of room, washroom & bedsheet was upto the mark. Perfect place to stay with family.
