at the time of check in staff were not aware about our booking, after that they were asking that when u book the room, to whom you have paid, then they start checking on mobile with another person, complete mis management and I was just standing with my luggage and with my family, after struggling finally room allocation but condition of the room were pathetic, it was stinking, dirty and no hygiene at all, after that they allot us different room and that too was not upto the mark, no staff was available for luggage, i carry whole my luggage to 2nd floor, after that at midnight they were ringing my room bell, when i asked why you are disturbing at this time they told we were not aware that this room is occupied, really horrible situation, not at all recommended for family, complete waste of money No Hygiene at all, at

The first day i was happy to see the services and room services of the property. We ordered all our meal from in-house restaurant. But it was our biggest mistake. The food which provided by property was compromised in quality, due to that all family members including me down with food poisoning, yesterday 12 and 13th april whole night we vomited and suffer from stomach pain. By god grace i mange medicine from medical shop of stomach pain. It was really a horrible stay. They not allowing outside food is major drawback of property. Please look into it and these kind of incident raise a question mark on selection of mmt properties. Now how mmt compensate me on this, that's i am totally leaving to mmt. Some how i am reaching to home. Tomorrow i will go through the medical check ups, then i will decide how to go legally for the incident happened to us.

Overall it’s ok. Restaurant food is good. I have booked 2 rooms. Rooms are good but there is very bad smell in bathroom of both the rooms.
