Small room, common bathroom, room concept is not good it's look like a small shop

Rooms are okaish. Car parking is good. Carry blankets because it smells bad.

Jhalawar City in Hotel Shiv Shakti is good. The washroom is very bad.

It's good hotels it's very good service

The rooms and washrooms were very untidy and were poorly maintained. Quite a waste of money. First the room given to us was not clean, had smoking and food residue. When we were given another, we had to have the sheets and blankets change. It's almost like if we have paid online, they won't even try to put effort in giving the good room because we cannot cancel the booking. Very unsatisfactory stay!

Water not proper in toilet, hot water not available, not provide towel even after request, telephone not available in room, poor room service, advised not to stay in this hotel.
