Good staff and bad conditioned room

It was very shocking to find toilets in horrible conditions. There was no good facilities. We hardly stayed and passed our time without bathing and other facilities. I have to change four rooms, but no-one found with all good facilities. However staff was cooperative and good. Specially ravi on the reception was very sincere

worst experience, geyser not working, flussh not working properly, tap water speed too slow, bed was dirty, food was too much expensive I checked just after order and told them to cancel the order but they denied. for very simple food 5 chapati and one sabji they charged 300Rs😡😡

will charge breakfast for extra money for customers but hotel was giving only poha noting much you will cheating on customers seriously I was shocked to see the hotel room the was very small to stay 2 people it just like guest house and pic was room so big but if u book room online u not choice cancel hot water is not coming room I was again shocking if u have bath hot water I saw hot water road this is a terriable

Hotel staff behavior was very rude and service was very poor and argue for payment and saying Oyo not given payment timely so don't book online.

Reception boy said we don't allow online booking because they charge extra money on offline booking he said breakfast was also not included but we are giving you and the gave us only poha and tea.

Staff behaviour is very good but facilities mentioned are average like bathroom door is not working properly. DTH was not recharged so you can't watch TV.
