the hotel room was extremely dirty we asked to get it cleaned at 10 pm... the rooms are too congested and suffocating as there is no proper ventilation in the room. the pictures depict something else

location, food , all amenities are good .. need improvement on services as receptionist is quite rude on certain points on early check in and room cleaning.. early check in - I was keep saying that I will pay amount of early check in but instead giving confirmation he was asking to cancel booking and look for more options. room cleaning - I waited 2 hours for room cleaning. informed 10 am to clean the room and after 4 reminder calls it get cleaned at 12 pm.. this is quite annoying
