Breakfast options were very limited. Also, sambhar was not tasty. Table service was also not available.

The room was clean, or the food was also owsom. Staff was very cooperative. Only one thing was missing my phone network was not proper in my room.

the rooms and stay was comfortable except the tiny smell in bathroom. the food is good staff if very polite and very reasonable pricing.

Room is average ac is not working all over average experience breakfast is good check in is easy....

There is a lot of suffocation in the hotel. It is very dirty and there is no cleaning at all. Is there no management?

The room was not clean and there was no phone in the room, there was no network problem, there was no help, one had to speak repeatedly for someone, if one had to ask for water then it came within 1 hour, the facilities as per the rent of the room were not there, hope you understand

Very easy check in and check out though the tv was not working rest all was awesome .though they say that outside food not allowed but then also i ordered and they didn’t said anything to me

It was an terrible experience, A/C not working water driving from the ac ,broken. No house keeping done when we returned at 1030 ,complained then they have done the same at 1130 . Complained the same at make my trip via call center with Reference No. Hotel Stay Issues. No revert . Flush bottom broken. On the night of 14th there was lot of noise on the floor till 2o clock, no revert after complain. The said luxury room was an hell room for us . we have intimated that we would do early check inn on the website of make my trip. inspite of that the hotel have charged rs 500 for early check inn we have to pay as there was no option . photos and video attached

Rooms suck AC was not working Small refrigerator not working Congested rooms Staff when contacted to address the issue took very long time to come Tea once ordered came after 2 hrs They said to change the room but instead called AC repair mechanic very late

The wall if the room is patchy due moistures and room socket was not working, and also the toilet was leaking and it looks room was not used in recent time due to that dust were there. Here some photos. Also i had to shift to another room to take shower and other bathroom requirements. It was really a terrible experience

property located in city area food is average but hotel staff is so good and they allowed out side food that is also a good thing
