Untidy, unprepared rooms

familyThe rooms and washrooms were very untidy and were poorly maintained. Quite a waste of money. First the room given to us was not clean, had smoking and food residue. When we were given another, we had to have the sheets and blankets change. It's almost like if we have paid online, they won't even try to put effort in giving the good room because we cannot cancel the booking. Very unsatisfactory stay!
