Gesture are not working and they said that please go to another room and take a bath I have done but the room is also not good there are so many mosquito in the room and no safety from the hotel side

The hotel has no cleanliness and staff was not available. The restaurant was pathetic and morning breakfast had no options indpite of telling that we need less spicy food every item was full of chillies the washroom was blocked washbasin broken and even bedsheet was not changed

The stay in the Hotel was a total bad experience. Quality of the food was very poor and on top of that the cleanliness was the least thing that I think the staff considered. So I suggest make my trip to not to manipulate us by showing good pictures from what the actual place is.

In jhalawar after a tiring road journey due to construction work, Krishna palace is descent place to stay. The best part was breakfast which fuels up your energy for the day. Just check the rooms before finalising as some rooms have moisture in walls which was one major issue. Once you select the room after all inspections, it's good place to stay.

No facilities, very bad service and will not recommend anyone for stay at this hotel. Staff not at all cooperative, receptionist is very bad at resolving the issue. Wanted a extra pillow got a answer you should carry your own pillow we don't provide extra pillows. Guys be careful before you book this hotel.

Rooms are really very Good but there are sanitation issue while check-in the Hotel as well the servicer are not up to the mark as experienced earlier in Udaipur through your portal.. This Hotel is really amazing space and Good Re starring and has monopoly in this particular District- Jhalawar but Hotel needs to check the service part as required by each & every customer. Complimentary breakfast is not up to the mark.
