I have denied checkin

A very bad experience . Dirty room ,dirty washroom and staff members were very rood . The main problem was a horrible experience at night . We did not sleep the whole night because drunk people were creating noise . I never recommend it to anyone , a waste of money in this hotel .

Hotel was clean, room's vibe was also fine. Food order was quick. Hotel staff was humble. Overall it was good experience

Good location food below average. No inhouse breakfast. Excuses made no staff. Need to be more professional.

It was a business trip. Hotel rooms and services are good at this price range. Negative part is that whole night lot of noice of closing door laughing and crying was there that made me feeling like travel-ling in sleeper class railway coach information given to reception person regarding the concern. Hotel management needs to take it seriously after-all hotels are booked for good sleep after full day of work.

The hotel maintanence is not at all good. The sheet is covered with stains, we asked to change the bed sheet they changed but even that was not good, the room smelled stinky from the start, there was a lot of difference from the pics and the actual room

There was no tea coffee making pouches or tea coffee cups in the room, even they do not provide water bottles in the room, door mates was so dirty, burned cigarette was there in the room they took 1 and half hour to bring food and everything was bad

The hotel was nice, rooms were good and the washroom was clean and hygienic. The staff was having nice behaviour towards their guests and yeah i can recommend my friends if they visit kota to stay here. It's a nice place overall.

Hotel accommodation, staffs, food, surroundings, room, location and everything related was very nice and appropriate

The behavior of the hotel staff the best. Room service was excellent. Restaurant services the best. I will definitely visit again in january along-with my family. I was very impressed

Room size is very small even u cant walk surround the bed also. There is no space. Just enter in the room and then directly u have to sit on the bed. No parking available. Bathroom smelling.

The room was clean and cosy but very tiny in size. The food was delicious, behaviour of staff ws nice, check in was hassle free

Hotel infrastructure was good with ample of parking space and lift facility for senior citizen. Both the host and the staff was humble and courteous. The only thing they should start serving basic food and breakfast.

Hotel has average room but service is highly unprofessional. I request them to active tata set of box it took me 3 hours. Water was yellow in bathroom and at last i need to stop calling them.

Though the approach were good, as you enter the hotel the bad odur was not tolerable. The water was yellow in colour and couldn't ruins your mouth or even to wash your face. Coming to complimentary breakfast hoops, the kitchen were looking very bad and the breakfast was served in the room. Horrible sandwiches and parat's. Thinking of having a good morning tea was another horrible experience. The hotel i chose was a poor choice. The line was not that clean and the room was cleaned once i got checked in.

The room was good and comfortable but the service was very poor and even a bottle of water took 45 minutes to get served.

No cleanliness in the room all things was dusted. Night staff was not punctual. And rest things was good.

Property is very near and clean. Staff behaviour cool and nice Others services is also good

The hotel is good in terms of budget and location.
