The Grand Chandiram

There was a time when Chandiram was amongst the top hotel in Kota. Room was damp and was in a bad condition. Washroom doors were not working. Bed sheets were smelly. They were chasing with us for identity cards for all members. They should invest their energy on maintaining the property as well. There restaurant was also empty all the time. We have ordered tea, coffee and honey chilli potato, they were bad in taste and not justifying the price. Overall it’s not a good experience.

when I arrived at the hotel, no manager was there, 15 minutes of time was spoiled by allotting the room. The room is dusty and not clean and seems the room is prepared for a long time. tea kattle given after I asked. In the morning breakfast, stale sambhar was served with aloo paratha. I stayed in this hotel ten years ago. now the services are degraded and very poor. I will not recommend to stay at this hotel

I had a comfortable and no hassle stay at the grand chandiram. The rooms were quite clean and also spacious. There were attendants at all points of time at the hotel, even though i came at odd hours because of work. Happy with the stay overall.

Wastage of money service was very poor even this ro water also chargeable i would beaver be suggested for stay this hotel

The room was good as we booked a suite room. However the service was pathetic hospitality business how can you accept basic things like water to be served after 1 hour

The hotel has a very good approach to city all prominent places in kota. Staff attitude is good. Food quality is good. Interiors is good but it requires maintenance. I have not taken pics of hotel but in room no. 203 wall paper near ac is damaged due to linkage from ac pipe and. Flow of water in side bathroom is not proper.

Location good, rooms are big, parking available, need to replace bathroom fittings. Average to good.

As per expectation hotel ambiance was not good. Even rooms not clean and doors required maintenance.

Room condition is not much impressive. Furniture little broken and peeled out in some areas. Looks bad. Room service staff is good.

Very poor hotel. They provide breakfast to only walk in guests not for booking guests. Disgusting.

Hotel stay can be rated as average. Ac was not working, so another room was given, no body to carry the luggage to room, not worth the amount paid, no arrangement for local travel taxi.
