Staff Not supported and they denied for breakfast While my add in booking hotel bhot bekar hai .....

I have added the breakfast at the time of booking which was denied by hotel staff. There was no wifi service was available and cockroaches were available in the room. Basic washroom amenities were also not available. They did not offered a single water bottle pathetic service.

Staff behavior and food was good ...but hotel's room and locate was average..Roof top bar nad restaurant was very good

Accommodation and food was good but there was a club on top of my room (102) and they played loud music all the night , soo it disturbed.

The bed and mattress were good and comfortable for me, my wife and 2 kids. But the room and bathroom are very congested. They are not providing water and bath towels. They charged 63 rupees for two bottles of 1 litre of water; I didn’t understand the maths behind this. No one has smiley faces and DJ sounds till late night no piece for sleep. Not recommended for families.

Staying at townhouse was comfortable. Rooms are good and best of all is staff is very cooperative and professional.

The hotel did not mention the bed sheet is not clean also breakfast is not sufficient for any person room very congested I'm disappointed with Hotel service
