The Steve was nice over there. I asked the hotel staff to give me an clean and sophisticated room, and they provided me with the same. The bathroom was too big. The room is a little consisted, but it's perfect for a single person.

Very poor condition, room size small. Ac not working,. Beds are Not cleaned, it's look like they are using without washing,. Bad smell coming from room. Bugs are there in bed.

The room wasn't cleaned the bedsheet and pillow cover and even the blanket was dirty and the room didn't had a ceiling fan it had a table fan like what is wrong with the hotel and at the time of check out i checked in at 5:30 am and the hotel staff knocked my door at 5:00 am at that time my mom was in the bathroom coz she was getting ready and at 5:30 am the staff again banged the door I said give me 30 minutes I'll check out coz my mother was bathing at that time and at 5:50 am the hotel staff again banged the door and forcefully tried to enter my room and I said I'm coming down in 10 minutes my mom is getting ready in bathroom he forcefully stopped the door from closing and said talk to the manager I said I call him from my phone he forcefully stopped me from closing as I'm staying with a lady this is the kind of behaviour this hotel staff was showing

The hotel staff was helpful and supportive. Rooms were clean and spacious for the price I paid. Service was also very quick. Only issue is with the keys. Guests don’t have keys for their own rooms. We had to ask the hotel staff to open our rooms everytime we went out.

No power backup in the washrooms, gyser is not working tv shows no signal after five minutes moreover door lock is jammed

The experience was overall good. The service was very good. The food was ok. The room was good. Cleanliness was also at its peak. Everything was good except the locking system of the room, they haven't activated the room card instead they were bringing their master card to open the room.

It was short stay for me but the experience was great. Room and the staff of hotel was nice good hygiene and proper management is there. I really get impressed bye the service.

Average room quality as compared to rent

Location is good. But no power backup, they haven't given the bathroom sanitary items.
