The location is good. The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome and safe. All amenities are nearby - restaurants, transport, shopping.

I had a fantastic experience at Shanti Palace in terms of cleanliness, decor, amenities like free Wi-Fi, LED TV. The hotel is just a short walk from noth Indian and South Indian restaurants and Chembur Metro station. The hotel is very safe and I recommend it to families, couples, and business travelers. Succinctly, 'Budget-Friendly yet Well-maintained'.

The staffs are good ,service is good and the rooms are clean as well. Only issue was there was no water kettle as mentioned in the App the shower gel was missing as well

My stay was truly a good experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The room was impeccably clean. The hotel's location was ideal, close to popular attractions and local hotspots, making it easy to explore the area.

Great place to stay. Close to all important things, shopping, restaurants, transport. Highly recommended.

The room was small. but clean and with good amenities . everytime I ordered something from Zeopto or Swiggy, they brought it to my room.

it's just a oyo room with clean facilities. not a hotel. but price is 3 star hotel price. no restaurant, local brand plastic water bottles.overall nothing is there. it's just a small clean room with very small bathroom.

What a terrible experience, these guys are not running a hotel but running a school or even worse. They will not allow any guest to your room, the place is crammed up like crazy. Never seen a smaller washroom in life, it was so small that while moving inside it i hurt myself multiple times. The breakfast is a joke, they order you one dish from the sad-guru restaurant on the opposite side. Overall never book this place if you want a peaceful stay. Avoid at all cost!

It is centrally located hotel in chembur. Near to very good eateries and railway station. Very courteous and helpful staff. Though room is small, it is very neat and clean. Liked the hotel.
