staff and hotel service is excellent. please tell them to arrange breakfast at 7 a.m. breakfast was great.

there is no window in the room. Tap is broken not properly fix its come out. staff is good and responsive

the room is small to move freely. one bed, chair table available and room is covered with these items. need to improve on hygiene. few basic items like foot mat front of bathroom is very dirty and need to replace.

spacious rooms.. and almost all basic amenities available. receptionist were rude except Vijay.. Vijay was very humble and helpful.. location is good.

Services are not up to the mark. You will not get hot water facility in the bathroom when hotel bookings are high. No neatness and not well maintained bathroom. I stayed for 3 days. We also got only one blanket and the other was found inside the cupboard, it was smelling bad. They haven't washed the previously used one and kept in the cupboard. They didn't even check that even when the guest accumulating in the room is 2. Food is ok. Hot water kettle was also not working and when asked to replace they took 1 day time and only after reminding multiple times they gave a working kettle. Too frequent power cuts which stops A/C and kettle from working. Very bad hotel. Also morning breakfast option is very limited.They only provide 2 main course items. Below average quality. Instead of spending here for morning breakfast buffe, you can eat breakfast from outside restaurants.

It was an excellent stay. Really liked the location a lot and the staff. Would definitely come back. Also really appreciated the easy availability of food and transport nearby.

The property is located within the city. City palace and lakes are very nearby. Got extremely annoyed for the rooms. They had a very non-maintained room with a very poor odour. Whenever complainedthe house keeping staff had a very un-accepted logic. Breakfast was named so called buffet with only 5 food options. Bedding items were dirty. They were changed when complained. Such a prominent tourist city with a poor hospitality is not accepted at all. They are only running based on popularity and location.

Avg rooms, below avg food, broken plumbing, ac dripping and the guy at the reception acted as if we owed him money last few births
