Stay was Good. However some staff were too rude. As if they do not want us to stay at the property. Food was ok. Did not order a lot. However some staff were too welcoming.

average for only one night stay food so highly chargeable water bottle 32rs and you can find only30 steps outside stall minral bisleri only in 20

The overall condition of the hotel was good, it was located near the restaurants and the staff was of helping nature, the swimming pool was also in good condition and the swimming costume is also available on rent bases.Rest all the amenities were also good and the location of hotel is also great. The staff is very cooperative in nature as they allowed us to check in early.

Food is not good,room is not proper,cleaner not coming timely

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Stay I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Bhagwat, Udaipur and was highly disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel is located deep inside a narrow lane with very limited parking space. We had to carry our luggage ourselves to the rooms, as no assistance was provided. The rooms lacked basic amenities – no towels, mirrors taped with curtain tape, and the cleanliness was poor. We had booked two rooms, and in one of them, there was a mouse roaming around and spider webs on the walls and even on the bed. A strong cigarette smell lingered in the rooms which made it uncomfortable. The attitude of the staff was mixed – while some were polite, others were rude and unprofessional. At one point, we were even threatened with cancellation when we raised concerns. The swimming pool had excessive chemicals, causing eye irritation as soon as we entered. Overall, the hygiene and service standards were extremely poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay in Udaipur.

We had bad experiences In terms 1- Toiletries facilities and cleanness 2 - delay in services even for very necessary needs like water 3 - TV facilities is there but it not working condition 4 - after multiple complaints they changed are room 403 to 407 but problem remains same

Hotel ambience wad not good we need to wait for 1 hour to check in where as we reached 30 mn late than checkin time there was no water jug, towel ..no tea coffee no welcome drink probided tv not working. Very poor services

Comfortable room and good cleaning I observed in this hotel named Grant Bhagwat.My early check in without extra cost was considered .location wise also it is good hotel for tourist as well as court visiting persons as court is also near to it .

Bakwas receptionist not good staff was rude

staff behaviour bakwas tha aur room me ac bhi working nai kar raha tha aur hamne complain bhi kiya but koi javab hi nai de Raha tha

Room was not cleaned properly and there was no water either. Water came only after being checked twice. There was also a rat inside the room which stayed there all night

The bed was uncomfortable, the towels were old (holes) and rough. The person who works at the pool area was not friendly with us. We asked for breakfast for my daughters and it turned out who didn't order from the kitchen, he only did so 20 minutes after placing his order... There are many pigeons near the pool... they should

good infrastructure, but room clean service is not good, food is not good, extrernal food is also not allowed what customer can do.

The reviews of the hotel were not good, but since make my trip, we felt that the platform was good, so cancle did not do it.

Rooms are not good. Service was bad. No room for parking.
