hotel is new ,neat & clean and hygienic hotel staff are cooperative. stay is comfortable. hotel is under construction.

It was a very comfortable stay. Polite service, good, clean and big rooms. Comfortable lights and coolings.

Hey,MMT Just like to review about my last stay that I haven’t got any water bottles inside the room after paying the full amount as well , what should a guest do in the case of any emergency (if held)and also the hand jets in the washroom is very bad the focus of water is very very strong which might be hurtful if used more than once or twice . Rest the room was okay and staffs there was very nice and polite.

The ambience was good and the staff of the hotel are also very supportive.Overall i had good experience there.I am very happy with the staff nd property is also very nice

Awesome place to stay and neat and clean property having large and spacious rooms we loved to stay here.

It was a wonderful stay at Shagun Farm. We didn’t order any food, so I can’t comment on that part. But the stay itself was excellent—the room was neat and clean, and the staff’s behavior was truly commendable. I believe that when the staff is polite, supportive, and the room service is good, the place genuinely deserves a 5-star rating. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Staying is good , but in the bathroom there is not available basic things to bath or to brush ..koi bhi out side se aayega to, ye sab to hotels ko dena hi chahiye, This hotels has no food court , we are came here in Raipur for the 1st time, and where to find breakfast near me..I’m disappointed by the bathroom service and with food court Thank you 🙏🏽

the floor of the rooms were literally sticky…like it wasn’t mopped for months.. poor maintainance… receptionist not co-ordinated properly. i evacuated the hotel at 6am and he was calling me at 1pm to do check out… multiple calls when i was at some airport

The hotel was under construction from the main entrance, which wasn't safe or comfortable. Upon entrance, there was no room service. When we entered, the batteries of the tv remote were found to be taken off. On a call to the reception, they informed me that the "standard room doesn't have the facility. Tv is not allowed in the standard room. It was a terrible experience. The room has no windows either.

Not good as i thought room was not in clean and i changed 2 times rooms but also not got good room

Overall experience is Good. Please takes dustbin inside the room . Bathroom shower is not working and Toilet Spray is not in good condition.
