the stay was good, the staff was pleasant and moreover the food was amazing, its in lanes lil conjusted but over all nice....

As per my booking, it clearly mentioned 2 adults and 2 children (aged 15 and 4 years) with complimentary dinner and breakfast included. However, the hotel did not honour these inclusions properly: 1. For dinner, they provided only two small vegetarian thalis of their choice, refusing to serve proper meals for the children. 2. For breakfast, they served only one paratha and one sandwich, which is completely inadequate for a family booking. 3. When I questioned the staff, they insisted that anything additional would be chargeable, contrary to the booking terms.

I had a wonderful stay at The Laksh hotel. The hospitality was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was exceptional—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, making dining here a real highlight of my stay. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, an excellent place to relax, enjoy delicious food, and feel truly cared for. Highly recommended!

Service, Food, and behaviour of employee there is friendly and good also privacy was there and it was couple friendly

Cleaning was good but the facility is terrible like AC is not cooling and working, food does not taste good, smell in coffee I hope they will improve soon.

New rules are not good , delivery of outside food in the room,high rate of extended hours,checkout at 11 am

Hotel doesn't have a parking space also the service was not very good but the staff was friendly, over all a nice hotel to stay if your budget is low.

Man at reception was rude behavior.Locality/galli is infront of desi daru shop.Room was acceptable.

Not proper food recieved the quality of the food really worst and hotel management not given proper ans when I was not served the breakfast too worst experience with this hotel.

Room is spacious, Brakfast(some selected items) is also provided in room only, there’s no buffet system for breakfast. No free parking facilities. Congested location, need to improve room facilities...
