There is no fan avilable in hotel rooms which hamper sleep also the existing AC is not functional properly

hotel seven hills poor experience.. i selected complementary breakfast but not get..Make my trip shows breakfast including... their is no restaurant in that hotel. amount also not refund

Stay was good. But they have not provided breakfast in the hotel even though I have opted room with complementary breakfast. Also they didn’t inform me this at the time of checkin

No breakfast at the hotel there is no restaurant, so room service not available and very poor service. There is no General manager, it is a temporary running hotel that will close soon

very poor service , bathroom,room, bedsheet etc not cleaned and restaurant is not working .Not suggest family stay .

it was a great stay I had at Hotel Seven Hills, Thiruvananthapuram. The room was excellent, with good linen. The supply of water & tea /coffee consumables was sufficient. Lighting was perfect. I have a request that instead of providing soap , shampoo & handwash in refillable dispensers, it may be more hygenic to provide these in use& throw sachets. Also a dental kit may be provided . The location of the property is best suited as just 700 metres from Rly station / Bus stand, still in a calm place. Parking facility is sufficient with 24 hour security. Unfortunately the restaurant facility was not working, but was available next door Overall, A nice experience

hotel stay ok. but As mentioned the complimentary break fast there is no veg food . For vegeterians it is not advisible to stay. rest is ok
