Very pathetic room service there were no light in the room and they have taken booking and everywhere dust in the room and bedsheet also dirty so I will not suggest to stay there. This same problem with other room as well.

Only best thing was flexible check in.Rest everything not up to the mark.Toilet and Room were not clean.Meals were provided after almost 2 hours and we had to called them couple of times.

Property was decent. Ameties was okay. Staff was educated and responsive to quaries. Room was clean and good hygiene.

The hotel’s location is convenient as it is near the main road, but the surrounding streets are still underdeveloped. The room matches the pictures shown but there is no view. Many amenities, including the door, lights, telecom, washbasin, tap, and shower, are quite old and only just functional, making them somewhat difficult to use. Food service is available, though I didn’t get a chance to try it. On the positive side, I was able to check in early, which was a nice perk.

The staff was courtesies. The dish tv was not recharged asnd is not working. In spite of many reminders they try to bypass. Location off main road. Food average amenities good

The stay was average. Clean and hygienic but charged extra for laundry and water bottles (bisleri, which should have been included in the amenities mentioned as per the hotel. Nevertheless, it also mentions heater in amenities but when asked on reception, there is no heaters in the hotel. I would not recommend to book stay here and rather gind another nice place even if it charges a little more. I wish higher order management and owner should look into this and improve the service quality.
