Food is made to order. Chapati and dry vegetables ok. Rest so so. It is an old hotel and in need of renovation. Location is ok

Property do not have lift facility. Room do not have cattle and tea facility in room

Quality of service of house keeping, room service was poor complimentary breakfast was having very limited item even no complimentary 500 ml was provided, forget about toiletries, no tea maker or tea bags was provided no toilet soap etc was provided

Good hospitality and services. Food was good. Location is well connected. Ambience is good. Need more parking space. Very good hotel

Basic essential like bath soap and other thing not provided. Just given one toilet soap and 2 clinic plus pouch of rs1.

Nice hotel with staff behaviour and room is more spacious with comfort. Location is also awesome at nh. Nice staying.

Very poor lodging

The stay was good, staff was really very supportive and rooms were clean. Service was also good. I liked the stay

Washroom and lenin were not clean. Drinking water was not provided. Tv was non functional.

Stay was average. The lift is not available to go to 2nd floor and complimentary water bottol was not given by the hotel. Hotel staff behavior is good

Stay in the hotel was good. But it should have a lift. I also recommend 2 ac in bigger rooms for better cooling in summers. Food was good especially breakfast. Also the hotel has good connectivity throughout the city. I would recommend this hotel for stay in begusarai.

First of all they denied having any room, room were dirty, service was pathetic

The hotel is average; guest relations may be better. There is no special arrangement for the free breakfast. It was a brunch ala carte. The service must be updated

Food is gud but very costly as compared to much more big hotels in big cities. Location is very near to bypass and city also is 10 mins away.
Fod in the hotel is very costly even though big hotels in delhi doesn’t charge that much. There must be a wiper in the bathroom, no small towel for sink was there and buckets in bathroom need a change.

Good hotel, cleaning was good, staff good also.
