very bad experience,no security,noy cleanliness, also not provided good towels and bedsheet. washroom was very dirty , I was feeling unsafe , electric borad is damged, so it's got shocked. over all not worth of money and very terrible facilities

Pathetic room service. Staffs are rude. Very unprofessional. Staffs not even come to room for check. They provide only keys and said just go to room. Frequent light cuts and late generator service. No dustbin. No handwash. Poor cleanliness. Fooding service is very unprofessional and they always forget orders. And for these pathetic service. Hotel charges very high price for a room. Just nonsense.

Hotelier not provided list- 1. Not any towel. 2. Not any type of soap. 3. Not any shampoo sachet. 4. Not a handwash. 5. Only one small blanket given for two people. They were very harassed by call from time to time via call and whatsapp. This is so irritating.

It's near the women college, dak bungalow road. Within a 1. 5 km from both railway station and bus stand. Very good staff and service. The rooms are clean. The food is also good. If you are in begusarai please visit this location.
