staff was not aware about providing basic needs in room like Towel, Soap, drinking water, cleaning, etc. Bedsheets was too old and torn. I have kept photo also.

No wify, spider webs in the room, no western toilet, i have already shared bed condition and pillow no tv. Can you refund the double booking

Unhygienic hotel, torn bed sheet used, too old pillow cover and bedsheets, amenities not available like soap, towel, water. Welcome water not given and i have given water charge extra in cash.

Stay was awesome, staff behavior was excellent, but one problem is that my room was non ac, and this room location was on top floor, due to this reason, room temperature of room was very high, there was some ventilation issue in bathroom

Food arrangements are below standard. Hotel is not having his own kitchen. Cleanliness was not proper.

The rooms are good. The absence of food arrangement is a negative point. The location is good.

Good thing is that it have geyser facility. Near to many small eateries. Room is neat and clean. No ventilation in washroom. Will get directly e rikshaw from station to reach hotel. Blanket have no cover.
